“A.R.R.T of Tutoring” is a student-led volunteer tutoring program designed to assist students from 1st to 5th grade. This program will first focus on MATH, with other subjects to be added in the future. In these times of remote learning, students may need further assistance and extra attention so A.R.R.T was formed by students to help other fellow students in the community.
A.R.R.T Tutors provides 30-minute one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions held after school on weekdays (Monday through Friday) scheduled at your convenience throughout the school year. The sessions will focus on helping the student with any MATH topics that are currently being learned in school.
To register your child to our tutoring program, follow these basic steps:
1. Click on the "Book Your Session Today" link.
2. Select an available time slot of your choice that is most convenient.
3. Go through the steps to complete your registration.
4. Once we receive your registration, we will contact you to confirm your session.
Note: When registering, please provide additional information on what you are currently learning in school and the specific topics or questions you would like to cover.
Yes, the ARRT Tutoring program is completely FREE! This program is provided at no additional cost with no hidden payments. If you would like to make a contribution, we would appreciate it if you can direct it to the Mt Olive Food Pantry.
Hey, we’re Amblin Cabsaba, Riley Cahili, Robbie Cahili, and Thomaz Honda, and we're 8th graders at the Mount Olive Middle School. We’ve been keeping in touch during this pandemic crisis and realized that last year, while we were testing out the virtual learning system, we discovered that despite best efforts there were still gaps with questions about certain subjects, particularly in Math. So we decided to establish a service project named “A.R.R.T of tutoring” and are here to gladly help our student community!
Hi, my name is Robbie and I am presently in the 8th grade. I’m a part of a gifted and talented program, along with being enrolled in an Algebra 2 course. I wish that my peers and I will harbor the capabilities to reach your expectations on both educational & amusement standards. Feel free to ask questions, I believe that we will both benefit through the experiences we will gain together. May we meet in the near future through A.R.R.T!
Hello! My name is Thomaz and I’m currently in my last year of middle school. I’m enrolled in a gifted and talented program as well as an accelerated math course, so you can count on me and my friends to help with any uncertainties you might have academically. I’ll work my hardest to help with any topics. My friends and I are so ecstatic to have been able to put together this project and we all hope to see you soon!
Hello, my name is Riley Cahili! I am from Mountain View Elementary School and currently in 8th grade. In school I am part of the Gifted and Talented program and am in Algebra 2 Honors. I take part in Chess Club, play the saxophone and keyboard, and have a passion in drawing and sketching. I hope that me and my friends can aid you in any problems that you may have with mathematics in any of these tutoring sessions. I hope to see you soon!
Hi, I’m Amblin Cabsaba and I’m attending my final year of middle school through virtual learning. I graduated from Sandshore Elementary School, and have brought some of the skills I have acquired along the way. I take part in the Gifted and Talented program and am currently taking Algebra 2 in 8th grade. I was a part of the travel basketball team for 3 years, and participate in Advanced Chess classes. I’m eager for the endless adventures soon to come through these 30-minute sessions, and I hope that you’ll obtain more knowledge and a different perspective of learning.
